In celebrating West Cork’s superb ingredients from the sea as well as the local fishermen, growers and producers, Davitt has put together a seafood centric menu with touches from our favourte producers including Glensallagh Gardens.
The seafood based menu, offers more sustainable protein options, where we have sourced local fishermen who fish using the sein netting method. Menu items include fresh seafood chowder featuring a smoked salmon crumb, grilled Cod with tomato Glensallagh tomato chutney served over polenta and baked Monkfish with a Skeaghanore duck confit.
